There are some jobs that seem really easy; until you sit in our front office chair. The phones start ringing off the hook, people are coming in the door, the mail was just delivered, your boss just asked you to find a file, and someone else needs something. Malyssa Tafoya makes this job look easy.
Tony still believes in customer service and feels that when someone calls Retrofit Technology, an actual person in our office should answer the phone. Malyssa is that voice. She is courteous, efficient, and will go above and beyond to help our customers if the person they are calling for is away from their desk. In addition to the front office, she also has duties in our accounting and purchasing department, and even wore the hat of driver for a recent “will call”.
Malyssa is the glue that keeps the entire team together and she is always the first person to volunteer anytime we need anything done. Her positive energy and “do whatever you need me to do” attitude is what makes Tony most proud to have as part of his team.
