Employee Spotlight

August 2016

Pete Hines represents the kind of employee that sets Retrofit apart from the competition.  He does this with his wide variety of skill sets.  Pete has been involved with every aspect of our operation.  He is first and foremost an electrical apprentice, well on his way towards becoming a journeyman. He is also a pretty good pipe fitter too.  Pete has also assisted our service department with repairs. The bottom line is that Pete is the guy that you want on your team because he can cover whatever is needed. We don’t have to bring in three or four guys to cover the different trades; we just bring Pete!

The other thing that makes Pete valuable is his attitude. He truly has a “whatever it takes” mindset. Tony recently worked on a boiler change out project alongside Pete and a couple other guys and said how refreshing it was to work with someone from the next generation that has the same type of work ethic that he has. There was never a time during the difficult project that Tony heard a negative word come out of Pete’s mouth. In fact, Tony said Pete was always one step ahead, getting it done, and he truly cares about doing the right thing!
