Sal

   For those of you that are “Breaking Bad” fans, you will appreciate this analogy between Sal and Saul. When we say “Better call Sal” it’s because we know that no matter what is wrong with an AC unit, Sal is going to be able to fix it.   He’s not going to run around with a bunch of reasons why he can’t do it, he’s just going to get it done.

     When our customers ask us to fix their air-conditioning they want to know that we will not only take care of it but that we will do what’s right, and Sal is excellent at this!   He understands the customer’s needs and is great at working inside the parameters of their budget, which isn’t always easy.  Sal is a big reason why we have such loyal customers!   He is a man of integrity and his work ethic is one that I hope others will follow.   Sal definitely has Tony’s respect and admiration and he looks forward to Sal being with Retrofit for many, many years to come!

Salamander.

John Wayne because he was a lot like my dad.

Look, listen, and learn.

6. What was your favorite toy growing up?

Whatever my imagination would think of.
