Swapping a chiller in an empty building is a crane pick and a set of flanges. Doing it in an operating hotel, a hospital, or an occupied high-rise is a logistics problem with a hard deadline, a live plant on the other side of the valve, and no acceptable version of "we need another day."
That's the work. Sequencing the shutdown, pre-fabricating the piping in our shop so field time collapses, staging the rigging before the crane arrives, and having the mechanical, electrical, and welding crews on site the same morning because they all work for us.

Our own electricians since 2008. Feeders, disconnects, VFDs, and controls without a second contractor in the sequence.

The crew that installed it is the crew that maintains it.
A service-only company meets your plant for the first time on the day it fails. We may have built it. We know what's behind the wall, what the piping actually does versus what the drawings claim, and which pump has been the problem since the day it was commissioned.
Our preventative maintenance programs cover chillers, towers, boilers, pumps, and air handling equipment on scheduled intervals — with the same foremen and technicians who do our retrofit work.
