800 Wilshire

Retrofit was on site at 800 Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles, Ca to perform this cooling tower replacement.  Our team demoed and removed the existing cooling towers and condenser water piping and replaced them with 2 new All Stainless Steel BAC Cooling Towers. We replaced all the Condenser Water piping on the roof with new welded steel piping that we built ahead of time in our shop.  For safety and service access, we built and installed service platforms with railings and ladders, all to OSHA standards. We also installed a new Puroflux Separator, a chemical feed pump for the water treatment system, and conduit and wiring to connect the VFD's to fan motors.
