Marriott LAX

Retrofit was on site at Marriott LAX in Los Angeles, CA to perform this domestic hot water system upgrade.  Our team demoed and disposed of the 2 large steel domestic hot water tanks and the concrete piers that supported them, as well as the U-Tube bundles and associated piping. We installed 6 new Aerco steam to hot water heat exchangers, including steam piping and stainless steel domestic hot water piping. The new system is significantly more energy efficient since it does not require keeping several thousand gallons of hot water in the tanks.
