Retrofit was on site at Sears in Long Beach, Ca to remove their Evapco cooling tower and replace it with a new single cell BAC cooling tower. Our team modified the existing steel support to accommodate the new tower, and installed new steel condenser water piping, make up waterline, and backflow preventor.  FAA approval needed to be secured for this job since the crane was directly in line with the runway for the Long Beach airport, as you can see by the planes flying overhead.
